How long does verification take?
Our team verifies gift cards almost instantly. On average, verification and payout are completed within 5 minutes. During peak hours or network congestion, it may take up to 15 minutes.
Why was my gift card rejected?
Cards are typically rejected if they are already redeemed, invalid, restricted to a region we don't support, or if the uploaded images are too blurry to read the code. You will always receive a specific reason in the app.
My MoMo payout is delayed. What should I do?
