Welcome to Cardify! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cardify mobile application and website. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Cardify, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and PIN.

2. Gift Card Trading

• Ownership: By submitting a gift card for trade, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the card and that it was obtained legally.
• Verification: All cards are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject any card that fails our security checks or violates our policies.
• Rates: Exchange rates fluctuate based on market demand. The estimated payout shown at the time of submission is indicative. The final payout is locked at the moment your card is successfully verified and accepted.
• Irreversibility: Once a gift card is submitted and accepted, the trade is final and cannot be reversed.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Submitting fraudulent, stolen, or illegally obtained gift cards.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or exploit promotions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts, and referral to law enforcement.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed via third-party mobile money providers (e.g., MTN MoMo, Orange Money). While we strive for instant payouts (under 5 minutes), delays may occur due to network congestion or provider downtime. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party telecom operators.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
